Great thermal monocular for scouting

I didn't purchase my BlazeTrek 319 from Amazon, but wanted to share my thoughts about it. I previously had an ATN OTS-XLT monocular and the BlazeTrek 319 was night and day difference. This is mostly a result of the higher resolution of the sensor. The OTS-XLT is a 160 and the Blaze Trek is 384. So you get over 2x the image quality. The size of the BlazeTrek is also more streamlined and the controls are better positioned for use. It has multiple color pallets that are easy to switch between. I also really like the storage pouch and lanyard that comes with the BlazeTrek series. I have noticed that ATN has come out with a newer Gen 6 version of the BlazeTrek and I am now curious to check one of those out to compare what the difference is between the two. These are reasonable priced monocular and worth checking out if you're in the market for one

Small Package, Big Capability

I've been carrying the BlazeTrek 619 for a bit now, and it's quickly become my go-to for quick scans and checking movement around the property. The 1.5–12x range is perfect for covering both close and mid-range without feeling limited, and the image stays smooth and usable thanks to the 50Hz refresh rate. What surprised me most is how much performance you get out of something this compact. It's easy to carry and doesn't feel like a burden at all. Navigating through the settings is simple, and everything responds quickly when you need it. Overall, it's a really solid choice if you want dependable thermal performance in a lightweight, easy-to-carry monocular.

Serious Reach in a Handheld Setup

I've been running the BlazeTrek 325 lately, and what really stands out is how much distance you can cover with it compared to smaller handheld units. The 2.8–22x zoom gives you the ability to scan wide and then really zoom in without immediately losing the target, which has been a huge plus for me. The image stays steady with the 50Hz refresh rate, and I've had no issue tracking movement even when things are moving quick. It's still compact enough to carry easily, but definitely feels like a step up in capability from entry-level monoculars. Overall, it's been a solid performer when I need both reach and clarity in one device.

Right in the Sweet Spot for Everyday Use

I've been putting the BlazeTrek 625 through its paces, and it really feels like a well-rounded monocular for everyday use. The 1.75–14x zoom gives a great mix of wide viewing and enough reach to get a closer look without losing track of movement. The 50Hz refresh rate keeps the image fluid, which makes a difference when you're scanning constantly or following something on the move. It's also comfortable to carry for long stretches, which makes it easy to keep on hand without thinking about it. Overall, it's a dependable unit that fits right in the middle of performance and portability.

Nice and Light handheld

Have used this unit night hunting coyotes for about 15 trips so far. I'm using solely as a hand scanner in conjunction with an ATN thermal scope. It's great for detecting heat at distance. It has impressed me for how well it detects heat at long distance and I do love the ability to change through color palette's in a single button feature. Battery life is great in cold weather, so far pretty happy with this. If you're looking for a price point scanner I'd recommend this for sure.
