Before you send your ATN product in for Service or Repair,

If your ATN product fails to perform in any way, and you have tried the Troubleshooting and FAQ tips. Please follow these instructions to initiate a service request:

  1. Please obtain an RMA Number by filling out the form below.

  2. Remove mounting rings, covers, and any other accessories from the product.

  3. Record the serial number found on the outside of the product and keep it where you can find it if needed.

  4. If possible, ship the product in its original packaging, as it is the safest method.

  5. Be sure to wrap the package securely and use filament strapping tape on the outside.

  6. If your unit is in warranty (Two year warranty for Night Vision, Three year warranty for Thermal), ATN will be providing a shipping label via FedEx for this return. Have your proof of purchase available if requested. If not, please ship by traceable parcel service with insurance once an ATN Representative reaches out with your RMA number.

  7. If product is Out of Warranty please ship to: ATN Service Center, 1341 San Mateo Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package, provided by an ATN Representative.

  8. Please DO NOT ship your product to ATN before a representative has reached out with your RMA number. The form below and corresponding email is not your RMA number. An ATN Representative will be reaching out to you to provide your RMA number.

  9. Please Note this process is for US Domestic customers only. If you are an International Customer please contact your reseller for Service and Repair assistance.
