description The ELCAN SpecterOS 3.0 (04) is a lightweight and rugged 3x Optical Sight designed for modern Military and Security Applications. Incorporating an illuminated reticle with Rangefinder and proprietary Rapid Aiming Feature, the ELCAN SpecterOS 3.0 (04) System has the unique ability to offer rapid engagement in CQB applications while providing precise aiming at distant targets. A one-piece aluminum housing coupled with shock-absorbing rubber bumpers enable the sight to withstand the severe stresses of modern combat operations. The Night Vision Device can be supplied with either a ballistically-calibrated reticle or calibrated external elevation and windage adjustments and may be mounted directly to "Flat Top" receivers or M16/AR15 handles. Optional MIL-STD-1913 auxiliary mounting rails enable flexible mounting solutions for other accessories. The ELCAN SpecterOS 3.0 (04) is built to stringent quality assurance standards in Canada’s most advanced optical manufacturing facility and is specifically designed for use by the most demanding customers.
