description The ATN LTAD-SCST Laser Target Acquisition Device is a weapon-mountable system that is intended for aiming at or illuminating a target in conjunction with Night Vision Goggles in low-light conditions or night conditions. The divergence of laser beam has adjustment from 0.05 to 6 degrees. The ATN LTAD-SCST is an optical-mechanical Laser Device, which forms a spot of Infrared Laser beam on a target that cannot be seen with the naked eye but can be seen with Night Vision Devices. Source of radiation is the semi-conductor laser diode, which invisible radiation is potentially dangerous to eyes. The Device is a class I Laser Device by eye safe criteria of TB-MED 524.
