The ATN Advanced Generation 4 MO4-4 is a Night Vision Monocular with built-in exclusive ATN "Smart" Technology. This Night Vision Scope from the line of ATN Night Vision Equipment is an excellent alternative to Night Vision Binoculars. Features also include fast all-glass lens, digital controls, a long-range Infrared Illuminator and Proximity Sensor which automatically turns the Night Vision Scope ON when it is brought in the viewing position. Filmless and autogated high-resolution 64-72 lp/mm minimum Generation 4 performance MO4-4 applications ranging from Astronomy and Wildlife Observation to Drag Enforcement and Anti-Terrorism security efforts.

4th Gen. Image Intensifier Tubes
ATN's Autogated/Filmless inverting Image Intensifier Tubes improve night operational effectiveness for users of Night Vision Goggles and other Night Vision Devices. The filmless micro channel plate provides a higher Signal-to-Noise ratio than standard 3rd Gen. IITs, resulting in better image quality under low-light conditions. An Autogated power supply further improves image resolution under high light conditions and a reduced "Halo" effect that minimizes interference from bright light sources. The reduced "Halo" maximizes the effectiveness of the Night Vision Device in dynamic lighting conditions such as those experienced, for example, in night operations in urban areas.
